Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3. Conditions of Entry:
How to Enter: Entry must is by completing of the online form that will be sent via your supplied email address. Your email address can be provided either by official entry forms supplied at the theatres during the duration of the festival, or when emailed to the Human Rights Film Festival at .
4. The New Zealand Human Rights Film Festival and Peoples Coffee (the ‘Prize Sponsor’) its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter. The Prize Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
5. The promotion for feedback on the films opens on the 7th May and closes on the 10th June 2009. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
6. One winner will be randomly drawn from correct entries after the 10th June 2009. Attempts will be made to notify the winner by phone at the either the contact telephone number, or email address provided. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts is unable to contact the winner within 2 weeks of the prize being drawn then the prize is forfeited and a further draw(s) will be conducted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The first valid entry drawn will win not more than one 250 g bag per week, plus delivery, for 52 weeks. Cumulation of the prize totals is not permitted
8. Ordering arrangements must commence not later than August 1, 2009, any weeks that after this will count as inclusive of the one year supply and are subsequently forfeited.
9. The winner is responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in this clause 7), including (where applicable) transport to collect prize and all other incidentals.
10. The prize cannot be converted into cash, and must be redeemed with Peoples Coffee.
11. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
13. Neither the Prize Sponsor nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable forany loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.
14. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
